PCT NATIONAL PHASE ENTRY
(Deadline is 31 months from earliest priority date)
Information/Document Requirements
1. International number of PCT application (we can access any other details from the WIPO publication).
2. If the original specification was filed in a language other than English, a verified English translation of the published PCT specification (including any amendments) is required.
The Applicant is not required to sign any documents at filing. An Authorization Form can be filed later.
STANDARD NEW ZEALAND PATENT APPLICATION
(Deadline is 12 months from earliest priority date for convention cases)
Information/Document Requirements
1. Applicant(s) name and address(es).
2. Inventor(s) name and address(es).
3. If convention priority is to be claimed, the application number, filing date and country of each priority application.
4. Specification (in English), including any drawings.
The Applicant is not required to sign any documents at filing. An Authorization Form can be filed later.
Priority documents and any verified English translations are not required at filing but may be later requested by the Patent Office.
Information/Document Requirements
1. Applicant name(s) and address(es).
2. Details of the Trade Mark ( eg. a sample, and for a logo/device mark, the image file should preferably be PNG (.png), TIFF(.tif) or JPEG ( .jpeg, .jpg).
3. Description of goods and services ( by International class(es) if known).
4. For convention cases, the application number, filing date and country of each priority application.
No Power of Attorney form is required.
We do not need any documentation signed by the Applicant at the time of filing. An Authorization Form can be filed later.
Priority documents and any verified English translations are not routinely required, but may be later requested by the Trade Marks Office.
